My friend referred me to Ross, he’s literally so nice, my old tax guy made me feel like I was in trouble, did not want to talk to me on the phone, and basically made the whole experience awful. Ross knows his stuff, and I’m so grateful for him.

A friend recommended this company, so I was psyched. I booked online and received a notice to call my advisor at the appointed time for a prelim mtg. That went fine. I was instructed to upload my docs to their app prior to my tax meeting but couldn’t. They hadn’t sent me a link for that. I phoned my advisor and left a message but didn’t get a call back. I called again and an assistant sent me the link. Whew. I had my mtg and my advisor had two questions. I got the answers to him within an hour or two by email. That was on February 20. It is now March 4. I have not heard another word from him and called 2-3 times getting voicemail each time. If you live near them and can go in person, you might get a better result but my advice is: go elsewhere

Ross immediately got to work and saved us THOUSANDS on prior year returns that we eventually re-filed through him, and he continues to save us a tremendous amount each year on our joint W2 and 1099 return. He provides top notch service, is super friendly and personable, and most of all he is an expert in an area that I'd rather not be the expert in. I was worried after moving out of Oceanside to Phoenix that we'd lose him, but luck is on our side as he offers virtual visits in all states! Thanks Ross & team for being the best in the biz!

larry gk2022-06-16Someone please communicate! After voicemail, text, email (out of options), days later still trying to get a response on a question. Supposedly office was to reopen the other day so a customer like me can pick up their TY21 originals. Locked up and no call. Perhaps an improved system of communication outside of tax season would be cool...........
